Sometimes it happens that plastic does not adhere to the table well, corners of the printing part wrap, or gaps appear in the model. It is fixable. There is a wide field of settings for printing process; new materials continuously appear and it is necessary to be able to handle with them correctly.
If you cannot print a part – contact our support service. We will find a solution and provide recommended settings for your task.
Please, attach to your question following: serial number of your printer, name of material you use, temperatures you set, photo or video showing the problem point.
My 3D printer does work how it should
For example, extrusion of plastic fails, your printer does not detect SD-card, or heating of the working table does not work. It could be two kind of reasons for those problems: service problem or trouble.
Service problem it is, for example, when the nozzle is choked or, another example, when temperature was set incorrect. It is easier to fix than to set Android. An expert of our support service will define what is wrong and clearly tell you how to fix it.
If there is a trouble or a defect (complex devices can break), we will take the printer for warranty or post-warranty repairing.
